SMFN Shipping Policy

Welcome to Suck My Fat Nutz (SMFN).
We keep it simple, transparent, and straightforward. Here’s how our shipping works.

Order Processing

All SMFN gear is made to order through our trusted production partners.
Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production — most items are printed and ready to ship within 2–7 business days.
If there’s a delay during busy periods, we’ll let you know.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and which fulfilment centre produces your order:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–14 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–15 business days

  • Europe & UK: 7–21 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or global shipping conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

Packaging

Orders are packed securely by our fulfilment partners.
Depending on what you order, items may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery times.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (where available).
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Customs & Import Fees

If your order is shipped internationally, customs or import taxes may apply.
These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at lordsmfn@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll work with our fulfilment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalising your order.
We’re unable to refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

SMFN Returns & Refunds Policy

We get it — things don’t always go as planned. At Suck My Fat Nutz (SMFN), every item is printed just for you, so we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ll sort it out quickly.

Change of Mind

Because each piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer error.
Please check the sizing chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lordsmfn@gmail.com.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A short description of what happened

Once verified, we’ll replace the item free of charge or offer a refund or store credit — whichever suits you best.
We may ask you to return or dispose of the item depending on the situation.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and print-on-demand production, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital products or gift cards (if offered in future)

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once you cover the new shipping cost.
We’re unable to refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect address information.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
